Food is of vital importance during the growing years, not only from the point of view of diet, health education and prevention of illnesses, but also from that of behaviour at meal times, an aspect closely monitored by our teachers.
Our menus are designed by a doctor and a dietician and are circulated to parents on a quarterly basis so they are aware of what their children are eating. This publication also provides a number of recommendations and useful information on the subject of nutrition. Students with dietary restrictions have specially adapted menus designed for their needs.
The SEK catering service obtained the Quality Certificate EN-ISO 9002: 1994 in 2001 and our School kitchens are accredited to ISO 9001: 2000.
